Amazing Co-Workers, Great managers, fun atmosphere, I love the food

Cons

The pay isn't bad, it just comes to the hours. Ex: My hours have but cut so much I just BARELY make money to pay my bills and get gas. It's not fair for the amount of work and patience we give and put in to a day's work, no matter how many hours. They really need to fix that. Merch is a disaster! There's no way people listen to us when we tell them to get into one single line! It's makes it harder on us when there's only two employees taking tickets and 20+ people in line.

Its a great way to open up if you are shy because you have to speak to people on a daily bases.

It is a great concept, fun atmosphere for the most part. Satisfying to develop young adults and seeing them succeed at work, and after they have moved on is great.

Cons

The company's main focus is labor! This is the one and only constant that never changes. In turn this takes away from the guest's experience, along with employee and management job satisfaction. Getting a raise, even for a well performing store is scarce!
