Pros

It's a job, small discounts on food, get to see new toys before anyone else (sarcasm), get to dress up in a rat costume that smells like sweat, and you get to clean up bodily fluids such as feces, urine, and vomit!

Cons

Managers don't care, neither do district managers. Working with many rude children. Not enough hours are given out to complete what needs to be done individually and for the store as a whole.

Pros

I loved the atmosphere. It was crazy and chaotic but we all knew our roles. Everyone really worked together to create a great environment for both the customers and the staff. Even though they employed a lot of young people, there was not a high turn over. Our management was really good about helping us work through problems and we were never in trouble if we did something wrong, but they used it as a learning experience for us to do better. I was taught how to approach difficult or stressed people in a non-hostile and inviting way. I learned how to effectively manage my time as we were on pretty tight schedules and I knew that others depended on me correctly performing my job to get theirs done. Plus, we made really good tips on birthdays.

Cons

It is a lot of work. You are constantly on your feet and running around while trying to plan your next ten moves in your head. I really think the worst part of the job is how hot it can get. There were days when I was dripping sweat just because it is so full of people, I was moving around, and the ovens put out a ton of heat.
