Pros

An enjoyful enviornment to work in if you have the patience to handle many situations that may arrise. If you truly enjoy seeing family's have fun and children having fun, this is the place for you, but you need patience.

Cons

Company says they believe the inherent worth of the individual when they clearly DO NOT!!! I am making bottom of the line pay for what I have to do/handle/deal with. Cast members flaking for their shifts, NEVER ENOUGH LABOR SCHEDULED BECAUSE the corporate big shots want their bonus. You don't bonus unless your a GM, so all the hard work you put into moving the store forward is practicly pointless.

Pros

Good hours, parties are cool especially when parents tip!, I worked in the showroom and overall enjoyed interacting with customers and their kids

Cons

It gets loud and hectic on weekends! Don't work here if you don't handle stressful situations well. They tend to hire young employees, who never stuck around. Which makes it a little easier to get recognized or promoted.

Pros

Free Pizza Get to expand technical abilities by working on games Develop customer service skills talking to over 100 guests a day (given you work in the front of the house) Build responsibility by handling large amounts of cash Learn to make pizzas and prepare certain foods Build leadership and learn the importance of teamwork. You can't make a guest happy without a cashier, without a person to make food, without someone to serve and attend a guest. Everyone needs to work together to get the job done New Chuck E Campaign seems to be promising Always changing - so you learn to adapt to change Flexible schedule - most people are needed on weekends

Cons

Raises are extremely rare Opportunities to move up are also rare Training is limited Management can be difficult to work with at times Store can get dirty quickly - cleaning up after little kids isn't always the best Not a professional environment No direct deposit for part time
