Pros

They let you leave if there is a bad storm.

Cons

It was like working at an office in the 90's. They are absolutely living in the past. The employees who have been there for a while and are very unhappy and do not welcome newcomers. There is no collaboration at all. The communication is non existent. They portrayed a completely different job than what I performed while I was there. Travel is long hours and the upper management has no concept of the current job practices.

Pros

Very accommodating to employees who have school or can only work limited dates, which is fine because this is a part time job. Requests for time off are usually approved for vacation. Promote within.

Cons

Not a lot of balance for personal life. You usually work way more than 50 hours you are required to work. No labor EVER so you and your team is always spread thin and stressed out. Base salary is poor.
