Pros
Its an easy, stress free management job. There is ALWAYS room for growth depending on if you would like to move or transfer stores.
Cons
The hours are mostly weekends and nights. Depending on your GM, your schedule will vary. You are dealing with parents when they are already in stress mode. Its loud all the time. I felt corporate micro managed too much. End of school year, means a lot of groups.
