      Great environment and pay if you were a Party Host Flexible hours Never a dull moment

      Most management and employees were not qualified to work around children. Became less about the kids, more about the money Outside hiring can be a MAJOR problem for this job

      Pros

      Awesome and fun fellow cast members. Fast paced environment makes everyday exciting. Sometimes, we acquire some tips as birthday host. Being a trainer, I get the benefit of free food, but I would take a raise over anything. Overall, i enjoyed working here, i loved everyone i worked with, and loved making our guests feel happy.

      Cons

      Some of the people were rude and nasty as far as hygiene, and being blamed for it was unfair. Maybe it was the location. The scheduling was more unstable. This was definitely a high school job, as far as salary. Having done the jobs, they were absolutely not worth minimum wage. Even after being a Team 2, I was still not given a raise, therefore, I had no choice but to resign. A couple dollars over a hundred per check was not going to suffice the bills.
