Expectation of year after year continuing to Flow profit $ is not realistic. Increasing profit a minimal amount off a poor prior year should not generate a "Great Job." Slightly better than the poor job last year, is still poor. A high profit store that was +8 points last year, should not be told "Poor job" because they did not flow when they are only +7.5 points this year.
