      Pros

      Being a manager of Chuck E Cheese is a lot of hard work. There are always a lot of things going on so you will rearly get bored. It is very enjoyable and rewarding when you get to make children's days better. Managers get free food and unlimited softdrinks. The insurance is not bad, better than most competing employers benefits.

      Cons

      The company leadership is constantly putting pressure on the store managers to run better (lower) employee labor. This in effect makes managers do more employee functions than would be expected. They call us "working managers".
