Pros

Free soda, nice coworkers. Sometimes the managers will allow others to help you with your close if you're behind.

Cons

- Management lacks people skills (focused on money, and their goal is to "balance" labor and profits, which usually results in people getting sent home/called off, and subsequently, under-staffing.) - Any district manager I've dealt with has gotten their point across with pure rudeness. - 95% of the customers are inept/rude. - Long hours (especially for high school students, you're usually stuck closing till 11:30 on school nights!) - Extremely hard to advance to Team II. - Cross departmental training is nearly impossible. - Poor management structure (in the stores I've seen.)
