Pros

This is a people orientated company with strong culture. The local GM is engaging and cares for staff. 2 days in the office and rest flexible / WFH Free quarterly products Interesting projects and good products Regular anonymous staff surveys taken into consideration and measures are taken to improve where needed. Regular events organised to celebrate Chinese New Year, pride month, international women's day... Excellent package including a monthly flexi day and leave loading and private heath insurance

Cons

Overworked and too many projects & priorities which lead to stress and demotivation. Some teams have toxic managers and nothing gets done when reported. Difficult to grow and develop career as people don't tend to leave. American Company so US focused in general

Pros

Benefits and pay, not much more

Cons

They can't seem to get Electricians access to PLC's along with safety gear. Lots of gate keeping, terrible management, one super was rehired after sleeping through his shift as a maintenace mechanic. Most ppl don't take the job seriously. HR scans camreas and give write ups on a daily.

Pros

export team in UK is diverse and welcoming. We are like a big family. Relaxed feel in the office, trusted to get on with our jobs as adults, treated with respect and as a human being. Understanding for appointments and personal life. Hybrid working. Senior manager is elite. Best senior manager, no power trip. Very down to earth, knowledgeable and we respect her. Team leader management needs work

Cons

No career progression. No extra training or qualifications to gain. No overtime
