A good workplace offering a competitive salary, health insurance, and an annual bonus, along with opportunities for career progression.

Pros

Big brands and lots of experience because it's a lean company

Cons

New CEO (former CFO) and leadership completely changed the culture for the worse. People are no longer a priority. Experience strongly depends on your manager and team, and all the top talent is leaving in droves.

Pros

Well-known brands, entrepreneurial spirit, opportunity for /to change.

Cons

Lean organization- especially during strategic transitions, too much internal reporting- reporting on the business instead of running it.
