      Lots of experienced personell safety oriented from all over the US.

      Poor work life balance and promises from hire up seem to never come.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule when you are not on mandatory 70 hour work weeks.

      Cons

      Pay in relation to ability of others working in similar roles. Job coordinators, and estimators severely over paid for the amount of time and effort to do their job. People in more junior level roles were blamed many times for things that were actually the managers or coordinators faults.
