      Not what they appear to be, I am so glad I left before another worker got injured

      Cons

      Less than Adequate pay, per diem, insurance, respect, and safety. Safety is only on paper, they literally go in the exam room with "Non-English" speaking "team members" and advocate for treatments that are not considered "OSHA Recordable" to keep their mod rates low. Things like messages instead of physical therapy, over the counter meds instead of what they really need. (the over the counter are expensive and out of pocket while prescriptions are at least partially covered. Its not about your safety its about the bottom line.

      Pay. Highly skilled peers. Unique and Specialized work.

      Cons

      Infrastructure Group- It was clear that if you were well liked by management, the rules didn't apply. If someone in management doesn't like you, then you have a much more difficult path. Honesty is also an issue especially when communicating about moving between job sights. Bldg Group- Professional 100% 24/7. Your only restriction on moving towards excellence was yourself.
