      lots of turnover...poor management

      It's a job...not much beyond that honestly. hard to say 20 nice words about them when they do the things that they do.

      Cons

      seem to go through a lot of management restructuring leaving people on the street with every regime change. preach safety and do follow through but BEWARE...they will do ANYTHING to keep their job site accident free...including saying you were on vacation and ''stopped by'' the job before you left...this has happened before

      Pros

      Very focused on safety and wellness. They have a strong health wellness program. Pay mileage and per diem when you have to stay over at a job site.

      Cons

      Expect you to work more than 50 hours every week even though they pay you for 40. They give no notice when you are expected to be somewhere (tell you last minute). If you aren't in the in crowd you will never make it in the company. HR is very unprofessional.
