      *Great Benefits *I have meant quality people and I work on a team with quality people *Unlimited PTO *Encouraged to use PTO

      *Pay for my position and location is significantly lower than average even with benefits offered more than 20,000 before bonuses ect. *Upward movement opportunities are not clear within the division I work for, which isn't necessarily a con but not a pro either. *Culture within Blue Planet as it goes true recession and management transitions isn't defined and doesn't seem to be the focus or a priority which is hurting overall morale in my opinion. *Lots of turn over in management.
