Retrospective Actions seem to be the norm

Pros

Good opportunities to work on diverse projects generally good atmosphere, decent people to work with

Cons

Management does not know how to prepare employees to transition from one project to another Same set of people working on multiple things at the same time. delay in one causes a ripple effect dive into new projects with minimum planning and complete disregard for rules and guidelines. When things get messed up, blame the engineers. Zero management in the beginning and micro management at the end.

Pros

Management cares about the people, provides good high level roadmaps and the individual business have good autonomy.

Cons

Not alot of movement on stock value. I would like to see more tangile perks so such is budget for team building, group outings (around holidays) and more discretionary spending by teams.

Cons

"Good Old Boy's Club" Very limited advancement opportunities. Retaliation for voicing honest opinions or concerns. People management extremely poor to non-existent. Years with no merit or bonus. 401K match should be higher.
