      Pros

      Stable, friendly work environment with very accomplished technology. They openly use acquisitions to broaden the product portfolio and integrate those technologies into their core competencies.

      Cons

      Very political for such a small-ish company in a competitive landscape of giant corporations, and therefore slow to address glaring issues. Products, and therefore resources are in distinct silos. Cooperation and collaboration is therefore up to individuals to reach across the silos to create solutions for a given customer. Executive management is isolated.
