Pros

Ample interesting and challenging work, particularly in IT. Ample opportunities to work remotely provided that role and requirements allow for it. Great time-off benefits, including the recently-added paternity leave and family leave and up to 240 hours regular time off. 401k matching. ESPP. The company is doing well within the industry and offers excellent products.

Cons

No career development, no visible career path. Performance reviews are a joke, based on popularity and bias rather than on actual performance. Raises are rare or tend below average. Work-life balance is more like WORK-life.

Freedom to work and accomplish goals with any micromanaging Management works with employee on goals and lets them go after them. Forward looking product marketing. Good acquisitions over past 8 years.

Cons

Individual is on his own to figure out how to accomplish goals.
