Only Firing is going on in the ciena. No work life balance ,everyone has to work 11 hr minimum each day as 4 people works will be done by one as they are Firing slowly everyone. CEO is running this company as a scam and no doubt if the company gets shut by next 2-3 years .

Cons

Right now all Cons exists in ciena .when your job is not safe how someone will focus on work .everyone is preparing to leave this company to be at safe place.
