      Pros

      I'm still new in Ciena, but I can already realize I have made the right choice to join this team. Mainly positive points that I notice in Ciena until now are: - First, the selection process that I participated was very well conducted by HR, with a lot of professionalism - Account management to which I work develops an excellent job, with a lot of focuns on the customer and at the same time with a lot of attention about the welfare of the team members. It is an inspiring coordination - Team to which I belong is very united, diligent and treat each other with a lot of respect and friendship.

      The Company take care about the employees. The compensation and benefits are excellent, and also you have voice inside the organization to express your opinion.

      Cons

      Some values should be worked out by the company. Some costs could be eliminated if all the employees had more conscience.
