      Pros

      Ciena is the best company I have ever worked for. I'm proud to be part of a such great team and the solutions/services we offer to our costumers. It's being a great experience and I definitely recommend it to those that are looking for a career opportunity and challenging work experience in an amazing work environment.

      Cons

      I actually don't see any downsides. We're always working to bring the best experience to our employees and costumers.

      Pros

      The company is maturing and is well placed in the market space. Takes a grown up attitude to individuals at work - really allows employees take ownership and responsibility for role and job function. Comparable benefits but great flexibility to work from home. London office in great location for drinks and social life too!

      Cons

      Some struggles with development, limited size of regional offices mean upward mobility and career development can be limited - despite company initiative for everyone to have an IDP
