Pros

Some nice benefits. Nice people. Fair salary.

Cons

Unlimited PTO - but not really. Manager controls your PTO and sets different limit for different people. No guarantee you will get time off. Over the year, I am getting less than I would working anywhere else while some of my coworkers get 3 times the PTO that I'm allowed to take.

Well organized workflow/processes and lots of experienced people to learn from

* Properly documented work processes that are easy to find and access * Top of the technology and tools * Technical teams are well structure and human resources allocated properly. shared * Diverse of experiences to learn from.

Cons

* Too many cubical offices per floor, sometime become noisy
