Being a contractor for another company isn't always desirable, but Cimarron does a good job of making the contract process as simple as possible. You can tell they really care about their employees. The people I worked with while I was contracting for Cimarron were very kind and helpful.

Cons

I have no complaints about the company. I only left because I didn't enjoy being a contractor and was offered a competitive internal position.
