Pros

President and managers do care about you, your career, and your future. Benefits are great and comparable to other companies. The contract ended. However, when the new opportunity comes, I will be glad to work for this company again.

Great managers, great benefits, great culture

Pros

Managers are growth-focused, and really understand their industries and how to help you succeed. HR works to get you good, affordable benefits. HR also works hard to make sure people have a positive experience. Culture is friendly, growth oriented, and open-door. I always feel like I can ask questions and learn more about the companies goals and policies. Company itself has grown substantially since I have started (~2yrs ago) and is seeing more growth.

Cons

Contractor work means that if you like your work-tasks for a NASA contractor, that you might lose your Cimarron. Working for NASA contracts normally means you are paid a little less compared to industry at large. (but Cimarron also has private industry contracts)
