Cimarron Software Services was a great place to work. The team provided the support and feedback needed to thrive. They found me an excellent position working on an important mission and trusted me to get the job done. The 4 years tour was very positive. Kudos to the team for being awesome!!

Cons

If you aren't somewhat autonomous then the hands off approach might be different for you.

Loved working for Cimarron. My management was very approachable and I never felt as if my needs were an inconvenience. 10/10 would work for them again

Cons

The only issue I had was that I was a sub contractor, so promotions would have been very difficult
