We also feel we have a positive overall benefits package. We're sorry to hear you feel some of the management is out of touch with employees and we would be interested in hearing more.       Pros

      Everyone takes care of everyone else. This is not a dog eat dog company. Great benefits, which got even better in 2022. Privately held which is a huge advantage over the conglomerates.

      Cons

      Covid has definitely been a challenge but this is the same con for any company! Leadership needs to be a little more visible to the every day workers.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We value your feedback and agree that being privately held is a huge advantage and were excited about our benefits additions of adding an HSA and Parental Leave in 2021. We also agree we need to work on Leadership visibility in 2022.
