Pros

It’s all about the people. They are smart, down to earth, fun and supportive. Lots of veterans. Leaders are approachable. CIs success and amazing culture clearly comes from the top. The work is challenging but meaningful. Great compensation and benefits. A huge amount of people retire from this company. Always a good sign when you see this many people with 30 and 40 years of service.

Cons

All normal cons. Dealing with COVID can be challenging even working remote when calling on clients. Having competing priorities can sometimes make it hard to focus. Can be fast paced sometimes. Company is transitioning systems this year and the company has really been growing so there are a lot of new employees still learning jobs.

Thank you for taking the time to post such a nice review. We agree there is a great team of people who work here and we are proud of the long tenure with the company. We also agree that COVID has been a challenge as an essential business over the last two years. We understand your statement that there has been a lot of change in the organization as we have hired over 100 people last year and teammates are learning new jobs. We are actually excited about our technology changes and transitioning to our new ERP system in the next 18 months as well.

Pros

None, nothing, not a single thing!

Cons

Poor management, high turnover, no training, no processes or procedures. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful people. No resources for help. Job description constantly changes. Terrible benefits. PTO is not on par with any other company. Pay is less than most other companies. No internet access/WiFi unless using your own data. Worst software. Company profit sharing rarely gets made and pays extremely low compared to other companies. You will be miserable everyday.

Thank you for taking the time to send a review. I am sorry you have not had a good experience. To clarify, our turnover rate for 2021 is 8.56% which is nearly half the amount of most manufacturing companies. Of course we prefer not to lose anyone but we wanted to provide some actual data. We do have many employees who work their entire career and did have a larger number of retirees this year. We also have a very generous paid vacation policy with the office starting at 3 weeks and you can earn up to 6 weeks based on years of service in addition to 10 holidays and 3 personal days. We offer medical, dental and vision. The medical plan has both a PPO an HMO option and cost are below the industry average. We also fixed the WiFi issue in the auditorium and training rooms a few months ago. We do offer training courses and just completed several company wide courses 2021 and have new ones lined up for 2022. It is very unfortunate if you experienced any unprofessional or rude behavior as that is not a comment we often hear. We also benchmark our salary structure and with the new Union contract these wage ranges just went up this year and review compensation across the company annually.
