      Pros

      The people at CI are awesome to work with, they really care about the success of the company. Also, the company really cares about the health and welfare of all employees. We continued to work through Covid and I felt very safe being here.

      Cons

      Closest metropolitan area (Cincinnati) is about 35 minutes away.

      New CEO and professional and competent leadership team. Benefits are very competitive. Innovative projects and commitment to strong cultural values. Flexibility and teamwork make this a comfortable and self reliant work environment. Really love the people here.

      Harrison may be a longer drive for some.
