      Pros

      CI has been around for 125 years. This takes exceptional talent, creating and manufacturing innovative products and providing top notch service to customers.

      Cons

      Campus is really spread out. Lots of walking which is great if you are tracking your steps but does take time to get around

      Pros

      Good atmosphere to work in, not micro-managed, benefits are very good, team working environment.

      Cons

      Executive management is lacking a lot in communication. They need to be more visible and accessible to the employees who do the work. Show appreciation (besides profit sharing). Share the wealth.

      Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate your perspective and agree we could always improve on communication. We just had all of our Field Service team and Sales team in from all over the country and a big focus was on improving communication. We also activated a new recognition program on Paycor to increase our feedback but are looking for other ideas to improve the environment. Thanks for taking the time to let us know how we are doing.
