      It is a rigid company with a lack of clear values and a micro-managing approach that can sometimes exploit its workers.

      Pros

      The schedule can be flexible and you can have a great amount of autonomy depending on your position in the company.

      Cons

      They have rigid policies that contradict one another. There is a policy that states that they refuse to deal with any payroll infractions they may commit. There is an intense amount of micromanaging. It is a command and control environment.

      Pros

      -flexible scheduling -great co-workers -good management opurtunities for those who are willing to work for it -workers comp. -free movies -good management this was my first job and i have enjoyed it so far, the people i got to work with were awesome, and management was very understanding and helpfull.

      Cons

      -low starting pay, though that's par for the course for part time. -hours are seasonal, though not arbitrarilly so, more people watch movies during the summer so thats when we work more hours. this is more of a first/weekend job to suplement another more steady income source.
