Pros
The team I work with is a remarkably good group of people. There are always bad apples anywhere but, overall, it's the most enjoyable work environment I have been in. It's very fast paced most of the time and you can dip your fingers in a lot of business practices if you are a self motivator. There is lots of room to grow in the company if you have the right mindset.
Cons
Pay is not that great for the level of responsibility some managers are given. We all get the same reviews twice a year and get pennies on the dollar for raises. It does not incentivize trying your best to improve things. Corporate is also very hard to work with no matter who you are.
