Pros

Free movies, entry level, and you get paid

Cons

The company used to ensure low cost of labor by keeping very tight candy, and drawer counts. This means if you were off on the drawer at the end of the night after eight hours of work by as much as a dollar, you would be down a strike, which if I remember correctly you got three period without time limit. Also at the same time you are responsible for the candy/cup/popcorn bucket count as well. This means the employees are constantly on a ticking clock till they are fired. They also worked high school employees until 2 am on weekdays. Generally, not a very moral company and I would recommend working for Carmike or another cinema instead after talking to their employees if you are young and want a first job.
