Pros

Fun place for teenagers to work...

Cons

Management is very unprofessional. Management does not seem to have gone through any type of Professional Training. They do not take into consideration that many of the employees are young and this is their first job. Management typically blames everything on these young impressionable children who don't understand how a job works yet.  Management has often missed breaks and lunches for the employees. As far as their perks go, it is so complicated and a mess. The rules constantly change in regard to the free passes for "extended family and friends" which is listed on their hiring page at cinemark careers.  They constantly are making changes to the policy which in turn makes it VERY hard & inconvenient to use the so-called "free passes".  This is unacceptable!
