Pros

Flexible Schedule Hours are higher if you are over 18 Free Movies

Cons

Sub-par management Promised on-time evaluations, always late Little to no room for advancement You will be doing everyone’s job, including people who just don’t finish theirs due to laziness. A write-up is waiting for you if you don’t. No overtime, and if you regularly work over 36 hours every schedule, you are still considered part time and do not receive any additional pay or benefits.

Pros

Free movies and good coworkers

Cons

New Management took away the benefits of popcorn, and made it more difficult to access free movies. The previous lacks benefits that made it up for the stressful environmental and busy days is now gone and the pay is not worth it

Pros

My team is very close and connected. The job itself is relatively simple. Rewarding getting to provide friendly service and experience to customers.

Cons

Communication between management can be weak at times causing slight confusion or mistakes that could've been prevented. Not everyone has the same amount of investment into giving their best effort.
