Pros

Free movie tickets… nothing else.

Cons

Management constantly hounds you for things that you don’t get paid nearly enough to do. Expected you to do things you were never trained to do, most barely helped at the concession stand and just berated you. They also purposefully scored you as low as possible on employee evaluations so they didn’t have to give you a decent raise. When they didn’t have enough labor they’d put you “on call” and expect YOU to call them to see if you need to work that day… just schedule me or don’t. You didn’t even get free food for your breaks even if you worked an 8 hour shift. Customers were entitled and treated concessions teams awfully. And at this location specifically it draws in a lot of riff raff and police are constantly called for fights, assaults, suspicious behavior, etc. not worth minimum wage.
