Pros

People at theatre level Somewhat flexible hours Working with movies Provides good training for future positions Dealing with young people on their first job

Cons

The hours are long and all corporate does is demand more They say they want a work home balance but that is a lie Corporate does not listen to the needs of the theatre Rude aggressive upper management that talks down and doesn't respect or care about your opinion Pay is below living standard Persons in corporate who do not know their job and it effects operation Horrible bonus structure that is impossible to obtain

Pros

It was a great first job with wonderful perks such as free movies and snacks. The scheduling was also very reasonable.

Cons

You have to be willing to give up your nights, weekend, and holidays. The upward movement though te company can be pretty slow.
