Pros

Flexible hours, freebies (movies, popcorn, fountain), great place to meet friends, perfect for a first job and introduction to customer service and suggested selling.

Cons

Low pay, hard to get a raise, feels like high school all over again lol, working on holidays is a must.

Pros

Good if you want to watch movies (if they don't revoke movie privileges due to low inventory counts, which makes no sense). Can be fun if you get along with co-workers. Mostly H.S. and college kids.

Cons

Low pay. Mobility only if a manager position opens up. Dealing with busy weekends and nights. Can be there til 3am cleaning up messes. Dealing with irritable customers who yell at you, only for them to be accommodated by managers who don't want to get yelled at. Poor management, cares little for their staff. A lot of them get high from the power trip over regular employees.

Pros

They are extremely flexible when it comes to your schedule and have several areas for new growth.

Cons

The pay is very low, even when you get to higher management positions.
