Early morning meetings at 5:30am, 12 hour days, no overtime (it's called Premium Pay which doesn't mean 1.5X your normal rate), some managers don't manage anything so you do all the work on your route, raises are almost non-existent, some customers kill your potential for a nice bonus. Sometimes too many (account managers/sales) involved in your accounts.

60+ hour work week; insignificant group rate discount on healthcare benefits; murky, unexplained payroll system; break-even profit sharing due to poor reputation; employee uniforms are often lost indefinately through employee laundry service; vacations difficult to schedule due to understaffing and undertraining; 49 day training often ends up in new employee filling in for an injured employee without ever recieving proper training; super wasteful: lots of overlapping processes and unwarranted printing
