Horrible at treating their employees fairly. Was told for almost two years that I would be hired. Found out other employees doing the same work were making 10,000+ more a year then me. They would have brain washing meetings telling their employees who to vote for in political campaigns and to vote no for unions. Overall a horrible company to work for, stressful, overworked, underpayed. It was not uncommon to stay there until after 7pm.

The corporate culture is awful. As a woman sales rep, I was expected to wear short skirts and smile pretty. The possiblity of ever being promoted to management was not in the cards. Its a mans world there and a woman is never taken seriously. They recruited me with total BS promises of opportunity and instead quicky saw that I was sold a bag of beans. Micro-Managment is the standard and the manangers that are doing it have no clue what its like to be a top producing outside rep. They are closed minded, cant get outside the box, and turn down new accounts if they dont fit exactly into the "perfect customer" seneraio. They need to open thier eyes and see all the missed opportunties!
