Pros

Recognized for valuing its most precious resource - "partners". Works hard to communicate with partners across all levels of the organization. Rewards top performers, employes concistancy and fairness when coaching performance, managing disciplinary matters or partner terminiation.

Cons

Business model is built on the efforts low wage partners in a majority of the production and service positions critical to service customers.

Pros

Good Corporate Culture, Great training. Location partners are all great resources if you have them there. Great 1st time management experience in recruiting, hiring, training, retaining & promoting. Really learn to deal with different personality styles and how to manage them and influence outcomes. Big fulfillment is promoting your reps to higher positions.

Cons

Very hard to maintain a successful track record with the sales rep job being such a revolving door. Your reps life span typically is 2 - 3 years tops so maintaining a strong team for the long term is not feasible. Very redundant and mundane activities that are expected and need to be tracked weekly which seem to not make sense. A constant top grading mentality only rewarding and recognizing the top 15% and looking constantly how to change the middle 70%.

Pros

CIntas is very good company to work for. Managment in Tulsa is very good, I am always excited about going to work every day. I work 4 days a week giving me 3 days with my family. I like the rewards SSr's recieve- it is based off performance, so people who are complaining maybe you don't need to be in sales, it takes back bone, confidence, and effort. Pay is great, better than most people who have college degrees. Great place for advancement, and wonderful benefits- I am glad that I can't blame the economy on my lack of sales because- that would just be a dumb excuse. I apperciate the managments in Tulsa they are always loyal, honest, and hard working- thanks guys!

Cons

No cons, just think each company has it's kinks but time proves all things. Look at the track record of Cintas, it show s the quality of our service and sales, and it is good! There is not much training in the direction of sales, like role play, and closing customers, and such for SSR's
