      Pros

      Promotional opportunities, fast paced work environment, employees that really care about one another, competitive pay and benefits, good working relationship between management and employees.

      Cons

      Not many downsides. There is no tuition reimbursement program, but they do offer a lot of internal training. Eventually, you reach a point where to advance, you need to relocate or spend time in the corporate office.

      Pros

      Great commission checks, company car, cell phone, etc. Management usually understanding of time off. Great management that really care if you are doing well.

      Cons

      Hard to move up in the company, micromanaging is terrible. Even if you are doing well, you still get really micromanaged.

      Pros

      Most of the people that work for Cintas are wonderful people to work with. The key word is "most"!! I have made life long friends with people there..

      Cons

      First of all watch your back!! There are people there that will tell you one thing to your face then turn around and do or say another quite often.. I.E. the GM, OM/GM, Sales Directors and VP's. They talk about culture and taking care of the "Partners" ,thats the biggest joke in that place. It's all about the #'s and what have you done for me lately.
