      Pros

      Cintas offers all partners the opportunity to advance in the company. Cintas offers training in virtually every area of the business through online programs and seminars. Management at this company has an open door policy and respects the ideas of their partners. Cintas offers great benefits and fronts the cost for the majority of these. Work hard with this company and good things will come to you.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes be slow to move on important iniatives. Goals are often very lofty and can sometimes be seen as unachievable. The 401K match is subpar to other companies of this size and bonuses are very hard to reach.

      Small company feeling, corporate backing.

      Pros

      The best reason to work for Cintas Document is the atmosphere of a smaller company with the backing of a corporation. Every day my immediate supervisor give constructive feedback to help me succeed. They are always available, knowledgeable, and eager to keep their employees happy. In fact, keeping their employees happy is their goal. Every review I do is centered around the mantra of keeping their employees happy.

      Cons

      A downside is also the atmosphere of a smaller company. If you aren't the type that craves constant contact with your boss than Cintas Document is not for you. I find it o.k. but at times it can feel like overkill. I wonder, at times, why he's in my business... but I guess that's his job....

      Pros

      Excellent training programs. If you do well you are rewarded handsomely. You are given the responsibility and the authority to take care of any issues within your scope of work.

      Cons

      It's all about the numbers and what have you done for me lately. If you can work in that environment Cintas is a great place to work and they reward the employees that do well. A lot is expected of the "partners" (employees) they expect long hours and high sales numbers. It takes a long time to effect change within the company and they are way too cheap.
