Pros
Cintas is hands down the best in their industry which makes it easier to compete in the marketplace. They continue to work on innovative products to maintain the top spot. They have definitely increased their focus on employee retention by holding their managers accountable to turnover. This has created a much more engaging environment.
Cons
There used to be (and sometimes still are) competing scorecards between sales and operations. As a result, overall goals can sometimes conflict with one another between the two sides.
