Job security is about it, but that’s not guaranteed.
Cons
Basically you’re a glorified USPS/Amazon driver in this role. Too much drive time (not being paid for). Route can be 1-2 hours away. Effort is not reflected in the pay. They say “you can run it like your own business,” but put stipulations on start times and how you manage your calendar and customers (very much not like running your own business). Always having to do extra reports and weekly updates off the clock. Pay was absolutely trash and their commission structure is the most confusing I’ve ever seen. 7-10 different things to be “possibly” paid out on, but won’t be if your driving hours to start your day. Then they want breakdowns of why you are being paid overtime even though they sell it as a perk.
