Genuinely not a pro about this job

Cons

Go load trucks full of dirty laundry in the freezing cold or hot Vegas sun. Until we say you are done for $15/h. If you go faster than the next person you load more trucks. No incentive. Your reward is more work. Cintas will also tell you that you’re a partner and we promote from within just like any other company will, it’s a lie. It’s who you know and who you’re dating. Company personnel will look you in the face and lie just to get what they want out of you. They genuinely could care less.
