Over promise and under deliver. Branch manager I had care nothing about his employees. Was promised multiple promotions after meeting all goals but never actually got promoted. They kept hiring from outside the company for important positions that needed to be promoted from within. Can be a good company if you get on at a good location with good management.

The attendance policy is ridiculous, after you miss work a few times you're automatically fired, regardless of the circumstance. The raises were a joke, I worked there for 2 years and received a penny raise, and after that was done.
