Pros

Some decent salary and benefits. Direct manager was good. However, he left the company.

Cons

They say they give you 2 months of training before you officially start really get into the role. Some people are thrown in the fire. CipherHealth is not agile or ready for change. There sales channel has been impacted by COVID. The developers want organization.
