The company should put a high concentration on the ground level people. Ciplas PMT are the best Please put at most concern before promoting managers there are some who has spoils many good people and for this you can ask your subordinate to vote and you will get the people name.
Cons
I am wondering that the great Entrepreneur like Dr Hamid Sir fails to observe the basic point for the degrowth and the attrition rate sir please consider it as your first priority. It play 60% market as per brand but 40% market are driven by the reps so try to keep your assets and reward them as per market standard.
