Supported as you come on board; given a mentor BCBA to guide you and answer questions. Good company culture. Perfomance is recognized frequently. Opportunities for advancement. Quick responses to questions. Continually looks for employee feedback and tries to improve.

Cons

No 401k. Low PTO days and only 6 paid holidays.

Pros

Working at Circle Care has been nothing short of great. It’s a great clinic filled with amazing and supportive staff. Whether you work in homes, clinic or school, the office is able to provide exceptional help from wherever you are! Circle Care is somewhere I would recommend for anyone in the field and parents for their children as well! You will feel the love, support, consistency, consideration and feel confident in knowing services are more than efficient and effective whether you’re giving or receiving them!

Pros

Circle Care services has been the most welcoming and hands on company I joined. Although I am fairly new, I have been welcomed by many peers and they did not hesitate to go out their way to help me get settled. Circle Care has helped many kids and being able to be part of that is a blessing. They were able to offer me opportunities around my availability which was another plus.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any downsides working for Circle Care Services.
