Pay is still on the low end and doesn’t appear that there will be much change in that area. You work with many different personalities and that can cause issues. Management can become overworked very quickly due to lack of staffing; they constantly have to pick up shifts when it can’t get filled due to call outs etc, It’s not unheard of for management to work 20+hrs in a day It’s a decent company to work for. Just be ready if you manage a smaller store to get your butt kicked unless you are properly staffed.
